Who are we?
Changing careers isn’t easy. Adding the complexities of developing careers for a more sustainable future is another level of difficulty. As someone who has navigated through various career paths, I understand the challenges and uncertainties that come with career transitions.
While my background may be varied, the one thing that has been a constant is my curiosity for people, learning, and personal growth, which is why I’ve made it my mission to support individuals in finding purpose-driven and sustainable career paths.
I’ve been teaching all my life, in one or another way as I believe that applied knowledge is power and sharing it can spark meaningful change.
My journey has led me realise that aligning career choices with personal values is the ultimate secret to success, both from a personal perspective and in contributing to a more sustainable future.
This has led me to where I am now - supporting individuals, teams and organisation on their journey to building green(er) careers.
Whilst there isn’t a paint-by-the-numbers-recipe given its novelty, I'm all about applying a process-driven approach to deliver positive outcomes, no matter which industry or profession my clients are in.
